Careers & Professions to Choose After Humanities

After my famously long rant in the last blog, I published we have solidified that the humanities are an equally competent and rigorous field with a wide horizon of job opportunities and an enormous potential for growth dawning brightly upon us, we just need to stop being ignorant and unnecessarily indifferent towards it and be more objective towards the reality, since we’ve got out of the way the misconceptions that were doing rounds with no logical backing up, thoughts like Humanities have no scope in the job market or that Humanities is not important or competent enough have been clearly proven wrong especially with people becoming more open-minded and accepting as the society progresses and economies liberalize quickly.

And no wonder, even today STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields are the career options students prefer because of the pool of opportunities it offers in terms of jobs and remuneration.

But gone are the days when jobs after humanities degree used to hold little or no scope. If you are planning to kick start your career in humanities, then now is the best time to go ahead with your decision. Here, let us discuss the various career options after 12th humanities!

Humanities today hosts a variety of fields to choose from, often even more choices as compared to the STEM fields in some cases, so here is the list of careers to look towards and shut down your relatives if the belief that Humanities is not good enough.
